Doctor-D Auto Repair Limited Warranty
12 Months / 12,000 Miles (Whichever Comes First)
Coverage
Doctor-D warrants that the parts and labor provided on the repair order will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the date of the original repair.
If a covered repair fails within this warranty period, Doctor-D will correct the defect by re-performing the repair or replacing the defective part(s), not to exceed the original cost of the repair.
Conditions
All warranty repairs must be performed exclusively at Doctor-D.
No reimbursement will be made for warranty work performed by another facility without prior written authorization from Doctor-D.
Warranty does not include towing, roadside assistance, rental car, or other incidental expenses.
Warranty repairs are limited strictly to the original parts and labor provided.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Failures due to misuse, abuse, accident, racing, off-road use, or neglect.
Normal wear items such as brake pads, clutches, filters, wiper blades, fluids, bulbs, and tires.
Damage caused by lack of proper maintenance or by unrelated mechanical failures.
Consequential damages or loss of use of the vehicle.
Customer Responsibilities
Retain the original repair invoice and warranty documentation.
Present the vehicle to Doctor-D promptly upon discovering a possible warranty issue.
Perform all required vehicle maintenance as outlined by the manufacturer.
Transferability
This warranty is valid only to the original customer and is non-transferable.
